10ft x 10ft Space Guidelines for TRAINER CON 5:
 
Space Usage:
Vendors are required to stay within their designated 10ft x 10ft space.
Please practice vendor etiquette, ensuring no encroachment into other vendor spaces during entry and exit.
Multiple Spaces:
Vendors have the option to purchase up to 2 connected 10ft x 10ft spaces for enhanced visibility.
Exclusivity:
3D print vendors will not be permitted for this event, as arrangements with 3D print vendors have already been made.
Power Usage:
Power will not be available for vendors.
Outlets along the event walls are strictly off-limits.
A $500 Electric fee will be imposed on vendors using outlets.
Setup Responsibility:
Vendors must bring their own setup, ensuring a professional and seamless display.
Product Description:
Vendors are required to provide a description of the items they intend to sell or promote.
All items must adhere to a PG16 rating.
ABSOLUTELY NO MLMS (Multi Level Marketing Groups, Affiliates, Directors, or Opporators). Vendors intending to sell MLM items will be asked to leave the day of the event with no refunds.
Market Hours:
The market will operate from 10 am to 6:00 pm.
