Yes! Tables and chairs will be provided for this event!
Is there still availability for ____ tables?
All remaining tables will be available on the website while they last. When the tables are all gone, the they will be marked "SOLD OUT". Tables are limited and are going quickly so we encourage vendors to purchase space as soon as they are available.
Is this an indoor facility with air conditioning?
This event is ALL indoors. The event has both cool AC and warm heat for whatever the weather throws at us!

What's the deadline for payment?
All remaining tables will be available on the website while they last. Once sold out, the event will be marked with "OUT OF STOCK". Spaces are limited and are going quickly so we encourage vendors to purchase space as soon as they are available. Once spaces are gone, they are GONE!
Is power available?
Power is not available for this event. Unauthorized vendors found using an outlet will be fined $500 and will be asked to leave the event.
What types of vendors are welcome at this event?
At this event, we are welcoming to all TCG collectors, collectible curators, pop culture creators, geek crafters and nerdy artist alike! Do you sell TCG? BRING IT! Do you make crochet items? COME JOIN US! Do you make fandom apparel? LETS SEE THEM!
Do you have authorized people handling this event and payment through messenger?
Trainer Con or Rockets Markets will NEVER reach out to you through messenger for payment! All payment for booth spaces are done on this official website. PLEASE be ware of scammers!
Do I need a Tax ID or charge tax at this event?
Vendors will not be required to provide tax numbers to this event. Collecting tax and reporting is strictly up to each vendor and Rockets Markets or our affiliates are not responsible for the reporting of your taxes.
What's the expected attendance?
We are expecting upwards of 1500-2000 attendees at this event thanks to our marketing efforts, vendor marketing and careful calculations from past events.
What types of vendors are NOT welcome to this event?
We take a very strong stance against MLM (pyramid scheme) type businesses. These groups, ambassadors, "leaders" and consultants are not welcome at this event and will be asked to leave if they are brought to the event.

We also prohibit the sell of 3D printed items without explicit permission.
Can I purchase multiple tables for 1 larger space?
Absolutely! We'll put these two right next to each!
I can no longer make the event, can I get a refund or transfer my booth rental to another date/event?
Unfortunately, no refunds, transfers or rain checks are available for any reason.
